Evaluate the Prince’s behavior you see in front of you, don’t think of his potential in the future.

So, if you have reliable information or you have seen the behavior yourself and you know the most accurate answer to the question “beyond a reasonable doubt”, then answer the questions from what you have seen, not from his report about himself.

 For example, question #1.  He does not show a lot of physical affection (Y or N).
