HERE IS HOW THE EMOTIONS TRACKER DR. GRIF APP WORKS: (1) The Emotions Tracker Dr. Grif app alerts you (on either a fixed or random interval) to choose one of the 11 different common emotion groups and then speak or type the actual events and/or thoughts that preceded those emotions. You can also choose to enter a recording whenever you feel you have experienced an emotion of importance. |
(2) Throughout the day, the Emotions Tracker Dr. Grif app will keep a record of all of your emotions, pain level ratings and the actual events and/or thoughts that preceded those emotions and pain level ratings. |
(3) At the end of each day and week the Emotions Tracker Dr. Grif app will automatically summarize, graph and email this crucial information to up to 5 email addresses of your choice, in a format that is very easy to understand, as shown below. |
